Spring is here, and it's finally delivered beautiful weather to Boston! If you're looking for the best restaurants with outdoor seating in South Boston, the South End and Seaport, here's your must-visit list:
You'll find Worden Hall in the heart of South Boston on West Broadway, a perfect location for people watching along this bustling thoroughway. This modern American restaurant offers a seasonal menu as well as their standard lunch, dinner and brunch dishes. Specialties include their deep dish pizzas, spuckies, and shepherd's pie. They also accept online reservations.
Row 34 is located in Fort Point on Congress Street and offers a spacious covered patio for al fresco dining. This upscale seafood restaurant offers various menus throughout the day, including lunch and dinner selections, as well as raw bar, mid-day, brunch and dessert menus. You can also order takeout or enjoy the full bar, which stays open each night until interest wanes. Their seafood dishes are some of the freshest you'll find, but they also have a few chicken and beef options.
Flour Bakery has several Boston locations, including a South End store on Washington Street and a cozy location on Farnsworth Street in Fort Point with patio seating. You can grab a sandwich or some soup here for lunch, but they're probably most famous for their delicious breakfast pastries. They also offer take-home dinner specials, which change each week depending on the chef. Whether you're craving a sticky bun or want to bring home a whole pie, the Flour Bakery menu has what you need.
