With the weather warming up and Spring finally upon us, there’s nothing better than enjoying a fresh brewed coffee while enjoying the neighborhood sights and sounds. Luckily for us, South Boston, Seaport and South End all offer unique and cozy coffeehouses where you can experience the authentic feel of the city, just minutes from PORT45.

Below are just a few of our favorites.

Located at the end of West Broadway on Dorchester Street, PS Gourmet Coffee offers more than 100 flavors of coffee, as well as house-baked pastries, iced drinks and breakfast sandwiches. They are open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Broadway's Pastry & Coffee Shop. Another fun and tasty South Boston coffee shop, Broadway's Pastry is located on West Broadway, in the heart of the neighborhood's retail and dining district. The menu here features European-style pastries and imported Guglielmo coffee. The relaxed decor includes distressed brick walls and cozy banquettes. Broadway's Pastry & Coffee Shop is open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
